Our Store Managers are responsible for everything to do with a store's successful running - and we really do mean everything. They champion incredible customer service and inspire their team to exceed sales targets. And as well as inspiring colleagues and customers with their impressive Claire's knowledge, the Store Manager will make sure that the store performs as well as the people and products in it.
They also put their visual merchandising skills to use in maximising sales and increasing the store's turnover. And while the customer is all-important, it is the Store Manager that ensures the store team is constantly challenged, supported and developed, helping each member fulfil their potential.

Our stores are incredibly busy places and it takes a real team effort to make sure they run smoothly. Our Assistant Store Managers keep a close eye on store operations, sales, customer service and stock. Supporting the Store Manager and make sure that the store is performing as it should.
As with all of the store team the Assistant Store Managers must know our products inside out, implementing stock replenishment and seasonal changes as and when required. They also help recruit, train and develop Store Assistants too. As a result we need our Assistant Store Managers to be driven, responsible, enthusiastic and inspiring.

We believe that the two most important qualities that make a good Claire's Store Assistant are a love of our products and a desire to provide great customer service. They are real ‘people' people, loving talking to customers and helping them to find what they're looking for - even when they're not quite sure themselves.
The Store Assistants receive and sort deliveries, make sure there's always plenty of stock on the shelves - and that it all looks brilliant. We also require them to pierce ears - but we do provide full training before we expect them to do this.
